Terms of Use

A tool for recording your recurring payments and emailing you before one renews. It is free to use. It is not a bank, a payment provider, or a financial adviser, and it has no ability to charge you, move your money, or cancel anything on your behalf.

This one matters, so it is not buried. We try hard to send every reminder on time, but we cannot promise it. Email can be delayed, filtered, or rejected by your provider; a text can fail; our hosting or database can have an outage; you may have entered a renewal date that is wrong or out of date.

Keeping track of your own subscriptions remains your responsibility. Do not rely on this service as your only defence against an unwanted charge, and please do not treat a missing reminder as evidence that nothing is about to renew.

When you add a well-known service we may pre-fill a price. That is a convenience based on typical public pricing, it will drift out of date, and it is not a statement of what you personally pay. Always check it against what the provider actually charges you.

Reminder emails may include a link to the provider's own cancellation or account page. We do not run those pages and cannot control what they do or whether they move. Depending on how you originally subscribed — through an app store, a bundle, or a reseller — the cancellation may have to happen there instead. Clicking the link does not cancel anything by itself; you complete the cancellation on the provider's site, and only they can confirm it.

If a donation option is offered, a donation is a voluntary gift to support the running costs of the site. It is not a payment for the service, not a subscription, and not a purchase.

Donating does not buy you additional features, priority support, a service level, or any promise that the site will keep running. It creates no contract between us beyond these terms. Everyone gets the same service whether they donate or not.

Because a donation is a gift rather than a purchase, donations are not refundable. If you donated by mistake, write to us anyway and we will try to sort it out.

Donations are handled by an external payment provider on their own pages. We never see or store your card details.

Keep your password to yourself, and give us an email address you actually control — it is where reminders go and how an account is recovered. Do not use the service to store anything unlawful, and do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to it.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or remove an account that is being used abusively.

The service is provided as-is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for a subscription charge you did not want, a reminder that did not arrive, or any loss arising from relying on the information you stored here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
